Overview

The IT Support Technician is based in our Berlin office but operates as part of a broader European IT Services team. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of end-user hardware, software, and related processes.

Our workplace relies on a variety of technologies, including both Windows and macOS environments. As a hybrid role, you will be required to be in the office for a minimum of 4 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining day

Responsibilities
  • Provide general IT support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient functioning of IT systems.
  • Support employees during onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with the management of software licensing.
  • Administration of applications and services, including Google Workspace, Slack and Jira
  • Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to address IT-related challenges.
  • Manage local AV Equipment for company meetings and events.
  • Professional working German and English speaking skills.
Qualifications
  • Capable of providing a positive end-user experience and outcomes.
  • Approachable with excellent communication and people skills at all levels, with the ability to build key internal relationships and vendor relationships.
  • Confidence in supporting various technology environments, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
  • Ability to work with or have experience working with people across territories from various cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
