In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our colleagues when it comes to technical questions and issues. You take care of our client and system landscape, install and configure hardware and software, manage users and permissions, and support the further development of our IT infrastructure. Together with the team, you ensure that our IT works reliably and you actively contribute to exciting IT projects and rollouts.

Your Tasks

• Receive, analyse and resolve hardware and software support requests, including troubleshooting and issue resolution as part of 1st and 2nd level support
• Install, configure and maintain client devices, operating systems and standard business applications
• Manage user accounts and access permissions, primarily within Active Directory
• Maintain and further develop the client, network and IT infrastructure (e.g. printers, VPN, Wi‑Fi and access management)
• Document incidents, solutions and IT processes
• Administer deployment tools for the integration and distribution of software packages
• Support IT projects as well as hardware and software rollouts
• Ensure reliable day‑to‑day IT operations and provide high‑quality end‑user support

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level support as well as in the administration of Windows environments and Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of network technology (LAN, WLAN, VPN)
• Strong team and service orientation, combined with an independent and solution‑oriented way of working
• Good communication skills and English and German skills
