As an IT Specialist – AI & Process Automation, you develop and manage modern digital solutions and AI applications that make our business processes more efficient and future‑proof. You work with the Microsoft Power Platform, analyze and automate processes, and support our teams in the introduction of new technologies. You contribute your know-how to the development, deployment and operation of innovative applications. Together with our team, you shape the digital transformation of our company in a sustainable way.

Your Tasks

• Introduction, support and further development of AI applications and digital solutions within the company
• Support for the specialist teams in the use of AI‑driven tools and digital processes
• Development and optimization of applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Your Profile

• Completed degree in the IT field or a comparable qualification
• Interest in digitalization, artificial intelligence (AI) and modern IT solutions
• Initial experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or the motivation to familiarize yourself with this area
• Affinity for software development, process automation or low-code/no-code solutions
• Knowledge of common AI/LLM tools and their API integration (e.g. OpenAI or Azure OpenAI) is an advantage
• Solid understanding of IT security in the AI context: working with APIs, authentication (OAuth, SSO), data protection and authorization concepts
• High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for new technologies
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Team orientation, strong communication skills and pronounced service orientation
• Good German and English skills
