Jobbeschreibung

About the Role

At Les Lunes, the IT Support Specialist is essential to keeping our team connected, secure, and productive. You won’t just fix issues — you’ll build and improve the systems that power our daily work. If you’re proactive, hands-on, and ready to take ownership in a fast-moving, creative environment, we’d love to meet you.

About the Team

At Les Lunes, you’ll work closely with our hands-on HR and Office Management team, who are dedicated to creating a smooth and supportive employee experience. Together, you'll ensure that new hires are set up for success and that day-to-day operations run efficiently in a collaborative, people-first environment.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Set up IT access and devices for new hires and ensure proper offboarding in collaboration with HR and Office Management.

  • First-Line IT Support
Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day IT issues. Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

  • Tool & SaaS Administration
Manage company tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, and Asana — including user accounts, permissions, and integrations.

  • Hardware & Network Management
Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment (e.g., laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, meeting room tech), and manage hardware inventory and lifecycle.

  • Security & Compliance
Ensure device security, run phishing training, and support efforts in data protection and access control.

  • Process Improvement & Automation
Identify ways to simplify IT workflows through automation and help implement new tools to boost team productivity.

What you will need to be successful in this role:
  • Solid background in internal IT support or system administration, preferably in a dynamic environment.

  • Comfortable working with both Mac OS and Windows systems, with hands-on experience managing SaaS tools and user access.

  • Experienced in setting up and managing systems independently, not just following predefined processes.

  • Familiar with implementing essential endpoint security measures such as 2FA, user permission policies, and device control.

  • Takes initiative, solves problems independently, and pushes projects forward without waiting for direction.

  • Friendly, collaborative, and eager to support others, with a hybrid working structure (2-3 days/week onsite).

  • Fluency in English and German is required.

Why us?
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with diverse teams, from product to sales, as you integrate best marketing practices, fostering a holistic and cohesive approach.

  • Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving fashion start-up environment, where your contributions directly shape the trajectory of the company.

  • Flexibility and Balance: Experience the best of both worlds with a hybrid work model, including the option for remote work, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

  • Continuous Growth: Elevate your expertise through our regular constructive feedback loop, ensuring your skills flourish and evolve throughout your journey at Les Lunes.

  • Vibrant Workspace: Revel in our beautiful Berlin office, set in the heart of the city, where monthly team events and Wednesday social lunches create a harmonious and international work environment.

  • Perks & Freebies: Enjoy the thrill of each new product launch with complimentary Les Lunes items!

We encourage candidates from all backgrounds, with diverse experiences and perspectives, to apply. At Les Lunes, diversity and inclusivity are core values, and we welcome individuals who share our commitment to responsible fashion.

If you have any questions about the position or the application process, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email at HR@leslunes.de.
