Qualifikationen

IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Daily Tasks:

• Setup and support of Office and R&D PCs and mobile devices
• Support with system upgrades (e.g. Windows 11)
• Installation and maintenance of software, licenses and security updates
• Support for servers, backups and network technology
• Technical support for our teams in the event of IT problems
• Collaboration in the further development of our IT infrastructure.

What You Bring With You:

• Successfully completed technical vocational training in the IT sector
• Good knowledge of Windows, ideally also Unix/Linux
• Experience with networks, servers and IT security
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Very good written and spoken German skills.
