Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing 1st & 2nd level support for payment transactions, payment terminals, and network connections.
• Analyze, understand, and resolve issues—identify missing revenues, analyze payment flows, and ensure smooth transaction reconciliation.
• Shape the future of payment solutions by supporting innovative services such as our AI-powered pricing solution for gas stations and mobile payments at the pump.
• Leverage your technical expertise to be the contact person for cash register and terminal manufacturers and work on future-oriented payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Completed training in IT or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of network technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
