About you :

  • Completed apprenticeship or university degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least three years of experience in IT support.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and technical products.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365, and iOS mobile clients.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English; German skills are a plus.
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and a structured work approach.
