YOUR ESSENTIAL TASK

• Administration, further development and troubleshooting of the IT environment / infrastructure at 1st & 2nd level

in compliance with IT specifications

• Develop test and deployment scenarios for the automated roll-out of operating systems and software
• Development of a concept and implementation of support for new employees including standardized short training courses
• Expansion and further development of IT asset management (life cycle, service, inventory management, end-of-life reporting list)
• Vulnerability management incl. monitoring

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as an IT specialist for

system integration or several years of professional experience in IT support

• Practical experience in the above-mentioned tasks
• Committed, respectful demeanor and good communication in German
• Desire to develop more responsibility and take on challenging projects
