IT Support Specialist (f/m/x)

We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable IT Support Specialist (f/m/x) to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). In this position, you will wear many hats, providing technical support across various areas including firewalls, IT infrastructure, and cloud platforms.

Your responsibilities

1. Windows Administration:
   Deploy and configure Windows servers based on organizational requirements. Create Windows images for on-site installations. Assist with the administration and maintenance of Azure and AWS cloud services.
2. Network & Security:
   Configure and maintain network firewalls to ensure security (e.g., Fortigate, SonicWall). Configure and maintain their respective central management solutions. Have a good understanding of IT security best practices.
3. Documentation & Monitoring:
   Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation for internal systems and procedures. Conduct regular monitoring of IT infrastructure health and performance.

Your profile

1. Bachelor's Degree or training as an IT Specialist (f/m/x) for Application Development, System Integration, or a comparable qualification.
2. Work experience in Windows & Network administration in 2nd level support.
3. Experience with FortiManager, FortiGate, and SonicWall configuration.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
