Productsup, a Berlin-based tech company, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to build and maintain a secure internal IT ecosystem for a global team. You will manage macOS/Windows endpoints, automate routines with Bash/Python, and administer Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence and MDM tools like Jamf/Intune.

Based in Berlin, this role offers hybrid/on-site work with ongoing internal training and opportunities to optimize workflows across our international operations.

Qualifikationen

Tasks

In your first 3 months you will:

• Gain a deep understanding of Productsup’s internal end-user IT infrastructure, toolings, and standard operating processes.
• Help establish and maintain up-to-date documentation across our internal IT knowledge bases.
• Independently triage, manage, and resolve tier-1 and tier-2 IT support requests via our ticketing system.
• Assist with day-to-day identity and access management across key productivity suites.

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

• Own technical onboarding and offboarding processes for employees globally, ensuring seamless access and account security.
• Manage our hardware lifecycle (macOS/Windows laptops, mobile devices) and optimize software license allocations via MDM tools.
• Identify manual bottlenecks in internal processes and implement scripting solutions to automate daily workflows.
• Become an internal subject-matter expert on Atlassian administration (Jira, Confluence) and key enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Solid administrator-level experience with both macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Practical experience using Bash, Python or other languages to automate routine tasks and manage systems.
• Strong operational knowledge of core networking concepts and computer hardware diagnostics.
• Hands‑on experience administering business suites like Google Workspace, Atlassian products, and Enterprise MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune).
• Excellent written and spoken English and German skills, paired with a structured, user‑centric problem-solving attitude.
• Based in Berlin (willing to work on‑site/hybrid according to team needs).
