Your mission
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and our 1st level support team
- You provide technical support and are responsible for solving complex problems for our customers with a focus on cloud-based technologies
- You respond to our customers´inquiries, offering solution-oriented assistance with a primary focus on cloud-based technologies
- You actively collaborate with the IT support team to drive continuous process enhancements
- You possess a deep understanding and, ideally several years of experience with the Windows operating system in combination with Microsoft 365 and/ or Google Workspace
- You can extend practical experience to managing MDM systems, e.g. Microsoft Intune
- You continuously aid the IT Ops team in enhancing and automating support processes
Your profile
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system administration or have advanced to become a system administrator through professional qualifications
- You have several years of experience in IT support
- You are proficient in both German and English at the C1 level
- You are interested in self-development and collaborative growth – we will support your professional and personal development with paid certifications through our organization
- You enjoy engaging with a multitude of customers and you exhibit patience and a strong commitment to service
- You work with a hands-on mentality
