IT Support Specialist

6 month contract (+ extensions)

I am working with a global law firm who are looking for an IT specialist to join them on a 6 month contract. The company are looking for a freelance contractor who can work with the team onsite in Frankfurt, 5 days per week.

You will provide second-level IT support, requiring you to have technical knowledge across a variety of technologies, good problem solving skills, customer service, and support skills. If you are available to start a role in May, please read the below:

1. Experience in a similar role, working in IT Support
2. ITIL Foundation certification or practical experience of ITIL
3. MOUS certification or similar technical certification
4. Desk side troubleshooting experience
5. Application support: Microsoft Office
6. Exposure with database applications
7. Understanding of Network Directory Services, Microsoft ADS, LDAP, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
8. Knowledge of WebEx, AV support / Cisco AV
