The IT Support at Herchenbach is a central part of our daily operations. In 1st-level support, we ensure structured handling of technical inquiries via our ticket system—focusing on efficiency, user-friendliness, and system availability.

The responsibilities include managing, controlling, and maintaining IT hardware, preparing organizational and technical onboarding and offboarding, and continuously improving our IT processes. By analyzing server logs and contributing to the development of our security standards, you actively support the company's IT stability.

• You are the first point of contact in 1st-level support via our ticket system, with a focus on Microsoft systems.
• You handle the management and maintenance of our IT hardware.
• Preparation of onboarding and offboarding (hardware, user setup).
• Participation in process documentation and IT optimization.
• Analysis of server logs and active enhancement of our security standards.
• You work closely with our two IT colleagues in daily operations.
• An completed IT-related apprenticeship or a career changer is welcome!
