Job Description

Role: Onsite Support

Role Overview

• Provide maintenance and support services for applications and operating systems.
• Gather extensive diagnostic information, analyze problems, and resolve issues related to end-user computing (EUC) devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of IT projects.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of knowledge base articles and training materials.
• If unable to resolve an issue, escalate it to the next support level.

Your Profile

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Previous experience in helpdesk or service desk support roles.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
