Role Overview

  • You are the helping hand for employees of well-known DAX companies with hardware and software problems via email, telephone, chat, or ticketing.
  • You receive error messages and inquiries and resolve them independently (with appropriate training and access to guidelines).
  • You work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of IT projects.
  • You participate in the development and improvement of knowledge base articles and training materials.
  • If you cannot solve the problem, you forward it to the next support level.

Your Profile

  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • At least 6 months experience in a helpdesk or service desk support role
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and hardware components
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceptional service
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts
