Your Role

• As IT Project Manager for the segment Industrial Quality Research you will be part of one of the global implementation teams of the SAP S / 4HANA implementation at ZEISS
• You will plan, coordinate and supervise development activities (e.g., RIEFW1 objects), in alignment with the global SAP development factory, for multiple SAP S / 4HANA deployment projects within a regional hub
• Understand and evaluate business requirements and functional / technical specifications from the end-to-end business workstreams will be part of your daily work
• You will act as link between solution architects from end-to-end workstreams and development team(s) to clarify functional / technical questions
• Actively steer development team(s) for the implementation of gaps (i.e., RIEFW1 objects) based on functional / technical specifications is part of your role
• You will ensure adequate development documentation and perform quality measures for developed objects (e.g., conduct code reviews)
• Generate regular reports detailing progress of development activities for associated deployment projects will be part of your daily work

Your Profile

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in business; Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Proven ability to lead a team of SAP development resources
• Excellent technical know-how in SAP implementation and related technologies as well as extensive understanding of FIT4 application development guidelines
• Relevant SAP and technical certifications as well as relevant industry knowledge
• Excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills
• Ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global team
• Business fluent in English and good German language skills
