Job Description

• Setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, printers, conference room equipment, and other hardware.
• Administration of local infrastructure including MacOS, Windows, and Cisco infrastructure (Access Points, Routers).
• Management of accounts and access rights (Google Workspace, VPN access, etc.).
• Development of IT infrastructure and processes to support a rapidly growing company, including implementation of IT projects.
• Development and implementation of a centralized identification and authentication platform.
• Handling complex service requests for colleagues, providing 1st and 2nd level support.
• Creation of technical documentation and reports.
• Hardware selection and management.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or IT-related training (e.g., IT specialist in system integration).
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support.
• High responsibility in handling sensitive data.
• Strong service orientation and quality awareness.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented work style.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience with identity and access management solutions (e.g., Okta) and endpoint management solutions (e.g., VMWare Workspace One) is a plus.
