Job Description

• Handle all incoming service requests in the context of 1st level support.
• Set up, configure, and maintain notebooks, printers, conference room equipment, and other hardware.
• Administer local infrastructure (MacOS, Windows, Cisco infrastructure).
• Manage accounts and access rights.
• Create technical documentation and reports.
• Manage hardware.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in computer science or training in IT (specialist in information technology system integration or similar).
• Profound work experience in an IT support role.
• High sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data.
• Strong service orientation and high quality awareness.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
