Tasks inspiring you:
First point of contact for IT inquiries in first- and second-level support
Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues
Set up and maintain workstations (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.)
Manage user accounts and access rights (e.g., Active Directory)
Install, configure, and update software solutions
Maintain and optimize deployment tools (e.g., OPSI, Microsoft Intune)
Document incidents and solutions in the ticket system
Support and train employees in IT-related matters
Assist in IT projects and rollouts of new technologies
Qualifications That Inspire Us:
Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
Experience in IT support (first- and second-level)
Solid knowledge of Windows (10/11) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Experience with Active Directory, ideally also with deployment tools (e.g., OPSI, Intune)
Bonus: Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Linux desktops
