Below are the core responsibilities associated with this position:

1. Technical Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving

• Diagnosing hardware malfunctions and recommending repairs.
• Resolving software errors, compatibility issues, and system crashes.
• Identifying network connectivity issues and implementing fixes.

2. IT Infrastructure Maintenance

• Monitoring servers, storage devices, and cloud environments.
• Managing user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory.
• Implementing data backup and recovery solutions.

3. Software Installation & Configuration

• Installing and updating operating systems, productivity tools, and security software.
• Configuring Microsoft 365, antivirus programs, and cloud services.

4. Cybersecurity & Risk Management
