Role Overview:

We’re hiring L1 Onsite IT Support Engineers for various locations across Germany. This is an urgent backfill requirement for on-site support. Candidates must be fluent in German and English and available to start immediately after BGV clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support for break-fix, DSS, and hardware troubleshooting
• Support desktop/laptop equipment, IP phones, printers, and basic cabling
• Execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services
• Perform smart hands support (basic server/storage tasks under guidance)
• Maintain optimal performance of end-user devices
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalate when necessary
• Ensure service quality and meet client SLAs
• Instruct users on preventive maintenance and system usage

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
• Prior experience in IT or desktop support preferred
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to follow instructions and resolve issues independently
• Willingness to travel locally to client sites (if needed)
• Must speak German (mandatory) and English
