Overview

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Level 2 IT Support Representative to provide onsite support for end users in Germany. The role involves handling hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring smooth IT operations in collaboration with the central helpdesk team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Respond to tickets raised via phone or self-service portal, using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, VPN, and enterprise applications.
  • Perform installations, relocations, upgrades, and configuration of IT equipment.
  • Support user account management (Active Directory, Office 365), including password resets and access provisioning.
  • Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to resolve connectivity and system issues.
  • Maintain asset records and support device lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and assist in audits and incident reporting.
  • Provide basic end-user training and onboarding support.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in L2 IT support or similar technical support roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and tools (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365, VPN).
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work onsite during office hours (09:00–17:00), 3 days per week.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with IT asset management and documentation practices is a plus.
