Our Team, IT Strategy and Digital Initiatives, is looking for an IT Strategy Analyst.

We are seeking a passionate individual who can bridge business and new technologies to unlock value—supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and delivering value to our customers and consumers. The role requires proactivity, independence, leadership, curiosity, and offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of strategic initiatives within the group.

This position is preferably located in Munich, Germany, or alternatively in one of our European offices such as Gothenburg, Lisbon, Hamburg, or Barcelona. You will join the IT Strategy and Digital Initiatives team and work closely with the VP of IT Strategy and Business Technology.

As a key member of the IT Strategy team, you will engage with all levels of IT and key business stakeholders to shape and execute an IT Strategy aligned with business outcomes. Your work will help maximize the value derived from available technologies and make a tangible difference.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop and implement an IT Strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee a portfolio of IT initiatives, both business and IT-led, to advance the company's objectives.
• Understand the business value chain, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Support sustainability initiatives, ensuring IT contributes to environmental and social goals while maintaining operational excellence.
• Participate in other strategic projects within the team, covering both business and IT aspects.
