Our Team, IT Strategy and Digital Initiatives, is looking for an IT Strategy Analyst.

We seek a passionate individual who can bridge business needs and new technologies to unlock value, support innovation, and create benefits for our customers and consumers. The role requires proactivity, independence, leadership, curiosity, and offers the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of strategic initiatives within the group.

This position is preferably based in Munich, Germany, or alternatively in one of our European offices such as Gothenburg, Lisbon, Hamburg, or Barcelona. The successful candidate will join the IT Strategy and Digital Initiatives team and work closely with the VP of IT Strategy and Business Technology.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to shape and execute an IT Strategy aligned with business objectives, maximizing technology value.
• Oversee a portfolio of IT initiatives, both business-led and IT-led, to advance business goals.
• Understand the business value chain, monitor, and report on areas for improvement and their realization.
• Support sustainability objectives, enabling positive impacts for people and the planet through IT solutions.
• Participate in other strategic initiatives related to both business and IT as part of a dynamic team.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate, self-driven, with a good balance of business insight and technological skills.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and demonstrating strong analytical and data literacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Effective communicator, especially with senior stakeholders, with diplomacy and trust-building skills.
• Team-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Business-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT or business functions, with proven project delivery in dynamic environments.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics.
