BRITA is on a growth trajectory and has set ambitious goals for the coming years. Take on an important role and support the international BRITA Group in steering strategic business and functional areas by building and further developing a central Integrated Business Planning Platform.

In our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) product team, you will work on exciting projects and strategically advance the planning tool and planning process landscape in the field of Supply Chain Management, working closely with the Business Product Owner.

We look forward to welcoming you to the BRITA family and expanding the Integrated Business Planning team within the Data Analytics & Integration department with you.

Specifically, this means:
  • You will support the management of IBP projects with IT involvement at both national and international levels and coordinate our external service providers.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring project success and achieving project goals in terms of time, budget, and quality.
  • You will work closely with the Supply Chain Management team, discuss process and data management requirements, and critically assess requests to maintain high quality.
  • You will create technical concepts and user stories and collaborate closely with the development team to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  • You will be responsible for managing developers on product team-related topics and ensuring stable operations in 2nd and 3rd level support.
  • As an IT Product Owner, you will ensure the stable technical implementation of product features and actively contribute to shaping the product roadmap and continuously improving functions and processes.
The Professional Background That Makes You the Perfect Fit
  • You have experience with agile frameworks and in the role of Product Owner.
  • Additionally, you bring knowledge in designing and developing data models, ETL processes, and key figures (SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Integration Services), as well as expertise in handling T-SQL.
  • Experience in developing cloud-based data models would be desirable but is not a must.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of Integrated Business Planning solutions (e.g., Kinaxis Maestro).
  • Solid experience in gathering and analyzing requirements as well as in project management is part of your skill set.
  • Initial experience in Supply Chain Management (Supply Planning, Demand Planning) would be a plus.
To Personally Thrive in the BRITA Family
  • You have a strong networking mentality and enjoy communicating with various interfaces on an intercultural and interdisciplinary level.
  • You are eager to make an impact with us and enjoy hands-on work.
  • You stand out with a structured, pragmatic approach combined with the decisiveness needed to develop stable and efficient solutions.
  • You are passionate about digital transformation in companies and have a strong affinity for business-oriented IT solutions.

  • An open and dynamic corporate culture that allows you to take personal responsibility.
  • A challenging and international work environment in a future-oriented industry.
  • Opportunities for professional and personal growth, supported by leadership training and coaching programs.
  • Flexible work arrangements: hybrid work with up to 60% remote and 40% office work, considering your tasks and environment.
  • An attractive compensation package aligned with your role and market conditions, including options like a company car lease or salary components for other priorities.
  • Company pension scheme and subsidies for retirement provisions.
  • Long-term accounts for accumulating free time, sabbaticals, or partial retirement options.
  • Subsidized company restaurant and complimentary beverages.
