Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem IT-relevanten Bereich, idealerweise in der Berufsausbildung.
• Pädagogische, didaktische und methodische Fähigkeiten.
• Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Lernbereitschaft.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung von praktischen und theoretischen Schulungen für Auszubildende.
• Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, -plänen und -modulen.
• Unterstützung der Auszubildenden bei der Prüfungsvorbereitung und Projekten.

Your role and responsibilities

ABB Ausbildungszentrum gGmbH Berlin is an educational service provider of ABB Germany for dual training occupations. Our vocational training focuses on metal, electrical engineering, and mechatronics. We support our customers from ABB business units and approximately 150 cooperation companies from Berlin and Brandenburg with modern, high-quality basic training for their trainees. Our success relies on qualified trainers who use innovative teaching methods and provide individualized support to impart technical and social skills. • Conduct practical and theoretical training for trainees
• Create training documents, plans, and modules
• Impart knowledge and skills according to training regulations and internal plans, and conduct performance assessments
• Support trainees in exam preparation and projects
• Assist trainees in developing technical, methodological, and social skills
• Collaborate with cooperating companies, vocational schools, and IHKs
• Develop and implement new teaching and learning concepts related to digitalization

Qualifications for the role

• Completed studies in IT or comparable training in an IT-related field
• Several years of professional experience in an IT-related field, ideally in vocational training
• Enthusiasm for working with trainees and pedagogical, didactic, and methodological skills
• Strong communication skills, team ability, and service orientation
• Business fluent in German and very good English skills
• Independent, self-reliant work approach and willingness to learn
