Responsibilities:

  • Work both on-site and remotely to support customers, manage client configurations, and solve technical issues across various devices.
  • Deliver on-site and remote support for customers, handling client installations, configurations, and troubleshooting across Windows (7–11) and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
  • Manage client rollouts, resolve technical issues efficiently, and document requests using a ticketing system.
  • Ensure high-quality, customer-focused service, adhering to SLAs and optimizing client satisfaction.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft client environments (Windows 7–11) and client management,
  • In-depth knowledge of printers, print servers, and mobile device management (iOS, Android).
  • Experience with ticketing systems; familiarity with the Microsoft server environment is a plus.
  • Solution-oriented and resilient, with broad IT knowledge, curiosity for cross-functional IT work, and a focus on customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.
