IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)

What You Can Look Forward To

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks
• Use of a software distribution system for configuration and patch management
• Independent execution of software installations
• Use of a ticket system for structured fault and task processing
• Fault diagnosis and rectification in case of technical issues
• Technical support, education, and training for IT users
• Creation and maintenance of documentation
• Support of IT systems on measuring and testing systems in production (WINDOWS & LINUX)
• Ensuring the smooth operation of IT services
• Collaboration on IT projects for system optimization

What You Bring With You

• Completed IT training, ideally as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the described responsibilities
• Broad understanding of IT systems, networks, and operating systems
• Friendly, service-oriented interaction with users
• Excellent problem analysis and solving skills
• Proficiency in German and English
• Independent, goal-oriented working style
• Willingness to undergo further training and occasional weekend work
