As one of the market-leading manufacturers of logistics software, we have been developing and distributing the premium software C LOGISTIC in German-speaking countries for more than 20 years. What You Can Expect

• Analysis of the technical support needs of our customers and development of optimization possibilities with the help of our software solution C-LOGISTIC
• Identifying, analyzing and solving simple to complex technical problems
• Advice and support for our customers via telephone, ticket system, on-site or online
• Contributing your industry expertise and knowledge of customer requirements to product development ('roadmap')
• Participation in product tests and the creation of documentation and training materials

What You Bring With You

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification/studies
• Application-ready knowledge of SQL and enjoyment in solving tricky technical problems
• Communication and teamwork skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Commitment and flexibility
• Professional experience in the logistics industry and foreign language skills in English would be an advantage
