Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der technischen Serviceverantwortung für einen e2e Telekommunikationsdienst.
• Langjährige Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Telekommunikationsdiensten und Contact Center-Funktionen.
• Erfahrung mit On-Premises- und Cloud-Kommunikationsdiensten.

• Technische Serviceverantwortung für alle Lifecycle-Prozesse der globalen Kontaktzentren.
• Administration, Monitoring und Wartung von Telekommunikationsdienstleistungen.
• Verantwortung für Benutzerunterstützung und Benutzererfahrung.

• longtime experience in admininstration of telecommunications services (PSTN, call routing, emergency calls) and contact center features incl. reporting
• Strong monitoring and troubleshooting skills (wireshark helpful)
• Experience with on-premises and Cloud Communication Services (MS Teams, Threema, ...)
• Very good communication skills in German and English are necessary
