As a Web & Automation Developer, you will actively contribute to building our company’s digital infrastructure. You will develop and maintain our WordPress website and intranet, optimize processes using Power Automate, and臺create modern, AI-driven workflows. In addition, you will manage and expand our Microsoft 365 environment, support interface development and automation, and ensure efficient, secure digital operations.

Your Tasks

• Develop, customize, and maintain our WordPress websites and intranet
• Build and optimize digital workflows and forms
• Design and implement automated processes using Power Automate
• Contribute to the development of modern, AI-driven processes (e.g. with Copilot Studio or AI Builder)
• Document and continuously improve existing workflows
• Provide consulting and support for internal interfaces related to web and automation topics
• Manage and further develop our Microsoft 365 environment

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, business/media informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in web development and process automation, ideally in a WordPress and Microsoft Power Platform environment
• Solid expertise in WordPress development (frontend & backend), including themes, plugins, and integrations
• In-depth experience with Power Automate, workflow design, and the automation of digital business processes
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, API interfaces, data flows, and system interconnections
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365 / Azure
• Structured, analytical, and quality-focused working approach with an emphasis on security, data protection, and documentation
• Experience in project organization, cross-functional collaboration, and internal consulting
• Interest in AI-powered tools and the continuous optimization of digital processes
