As an IT Solution Architect (f/m/d), you will shape our IT architecture and support the efficient implementation of end-to-end planning improvement initiatives. Your tasks will include managing, coaching, and supporting employees in specialist departments and communicating across all hierarchical levels as part of your initiatives.

• You will analyze, identify, and implement efficiency, automation, and innovation potential within the process landscape.
• You will further develop our end-to-end planning process and related IT system architecture (e.g., SAP / BlueYonder).
• Creating concepts for integrated IT solutions, including business aspects, will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will coordinate and ensure the technical implementation of identified solutions in close collaboration with external service providers.
• You will lead process and organizational transformations using change management methods and present the results to management.
• Personality: Team player with strong communication and presentation skills, assertiveness, and enthusiasm.
• Way of work: Analytical thinking, structured working methods, organizational skills, and experience with agile working techniques.
• Experience & Know-How: Senior consultancy and project management expertise with a profound background in (consumer electronics) supply chain design; experience in IT solution architecture.
• Qualifications: Application-related knowledge in business process improvement (end-to-end); profound knowledge of common SAP tools, especially SAP ECC/S4 module PP/MM, BlueYonder / Kinaxis is desirable.
• Language: Business fluent English.
• Education: Degree in business informatics, business administration, informatics studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma), or a comparable qualification.
