As IT Solution Architect (f/m/d) you will shape our IT Architecture and support the efficient implementation of End2End-Planning improvement initiatives. Your task will be to manage, coach, and support employees in the specialist departments and communicate across all hierarchical levels as part of your initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for analyzing, identifying, and implementing efficiency, automation and innovation potential within the process landscape.
• You further develop our end2end planning process and related IT-System-Architecture (e.g. SAP / BlueYonder).
• Creating concepts for integrated IT solutions, including business aspects is part of your tasks.
• You coordinate and ensure the technical implementation of identified solutions in close collaboration with external service providers.
• You lead process and organizational transformations using change management methods and present the results achieved to management.

Qualifications:

• Personality: Team player, strong communication and presentation skills, assertiveness, and enthusiasm.
• Way of work: Analytical thinking, structured working methods, organization skills, experience with agile working techniques.
• Experience & Know-How: Senior consultancy and project management expertise with a profound background in (consumer electronics) supply chain design; Experience in IT Solution Architecture.
• Qualification: Application-related knowledge in the areas of business process improvement (End2End); Profound knowledge of common SAP tools, especially SAP ECC/S4 module PP/MM, BlueYonder / Kinaxis desirable.
• Language: Business fluent English.
• Education: Degree in business informatics, business administration or informatics studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) or comparable qualification.
