Your tasks:

1. Integration topics between Workday and Payroll Systems and Active Directory
2. Maintenance of SAP HCM (LCPs, Transport, Customizing, smaller program adjustments)
3. Maintenance and Monitoring of HR Workflows outside Workday (MS PowerApps: Onboarding + Offboarding)
4. First Level Support for users regarding HCM system solutions
5. SAP HANA Transformation (SAP ERP)

Your profile:

1. Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
2. At least 3 years of practical experience in the architecture and implementation of Workday HCM
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations between Workday and SAP S/4HANA, as well as external/internal payroll systems
4. Experience with other HR/Payroll IT systems, such as SD Worx, and their integration is a plus
5. Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
