Job Title: IT Support Specialist

In this varied position, you will be responsible for the ongoing and successful operation of the IT infrastructure across all company divisions at our headquarters in Kreuzlingen. Your duties will include:

1. Installing servers and client systems

Required experience and skills include:

• Successful apprenticeship as an IT specialist with a focus on system integration or as a computer scientist
• Relevant professional experience in IT support/administration
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft AD, Microsoft Exchange, LAN/WAN technology, software packaging, and rollout
• Solid knowledge of Mac OS, Apple Apps, Office, etc.
• Willingness to travel
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Structured, goal-oriented work approach
• Flexibility, reliability, team spirit, and high service orientation
