Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in IT operations, IT service management, and vendor management.
• Proven track record with external IT partners or managed service providers.
• Understanding of workplace tech (Microsoft 365), cloud services, and enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured service requests.
• Experience managing IT assets, licenses, and subscriptions.
• Experience in IT budgeting and cost management.
• Vendor and contract management expertise.
• Establishing structured processes and ensuring transparency across IT services.
• Ability to evaluate IT services and provider deliverables from a business perspective.
• Coordinating IT topics across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GDPR and information security principles.
• Maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Cost awareness and continuous optimisation.
• Creating structured documentation and user guidance.
• Excellent communication between business and providers.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage relationships with external IT service providers.
• Define service expectations, scope, and priorities in line with business needs.
• Monitor service delivery, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Oversee the IT infrastructure landscape (cloud, backups, networks, hosting).
• Ensure alignment of IT services with IT architecture and standards.
• Act as central point for IT-related requests and activities in end-user environment.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, disposals.
• Oversee end-user hardware and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Ensure cost efficiency and user satisfaction across IT services.
