IT Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As an IT service technician (m/f/d), you will play a central role in the technical safeguarding of our digital parking management system. You will monitor the functionality of our license plate sensors and parking ticket machines, analyze errors, and ensure smooth operation. Through your forward-looking approach, you will make a significant contribution to system stability and the further development of our technical infrastructure.

1. System monitoring: monitoring and analyzing the operating data of our license plate sensors and parking ticket machines.
2. Fault analysis & troubleshooting: Proactive identification and rectification of technical problems, partly via remote maintenance and partly by coordinating external service providers in close coordination with our technical project management.
3. Installation & Configuration: Support with the commissioning of new systems and optimization of existing installations.
4. Documentation & Quality assurance: Maintenance of technical reports and continuous optimization of processes to ensure maximum system availability.

Your profile

1. Training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification.
2. Experience with network technology, IoT systems or industrial sensor technology an advantage.
3. Analytical thinking and structured problem solving.
4. Independent, solution-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team.
5. Driving license class B (occasional field work possible).
