FOR THE INFORMATION PROCESSING CENTER (IVZ) IN HANOVER

We are looking for a reliable and energetic team player to join our IVZ team at the Norddeutscher Rundfunk branch office in Hanover.

YOUR TASKS

1. Software distribution and second-level support: Assigning software via MECM, processing error messages, and supporting the identity management platform SailPoint Identity IQ.
2. IT requirements management and event support: Handling IT requirement requests and ensuring IT support for on-air and off-air events.
3. Device configuration and error management: Supporting and analyzing errors of input/output devices such as print servers, multifunction devices, and plotters in a domain environment; maintaining the asset management system and creating reports.

YOUR PROFILE

• Graduated from a technical university of applied sciences or completed a comparable training, with extensive professional experience in the described job profile.
• Significant experience in IT service and support, with knowledge of Microsoft and Linux system administration, as well as software distribution.
• Basic knowledge of identity management systems.
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to clearly present complex issues both verbally and in writing.

THE IVZ

We are the internal IT service provider for ARD, serving all ARD broadcasters, Deutschlandradio, and DW under rbb leadership, providing central IT services across the locations of the state broadcasters and Deutschlandradio.
