We are excited to announce our IT Insourcing Project as we expand our IT team across multiple sites. This is your chance to be part of a significant transformation that will drive innovation, quality, and growth within our global organization.

What You Will Do:

As an IT Service Manager in IT Operations Solutions, you will be the key contact for IT-related topics within your service area or site, ensuring that services are available, efficient, and effective. Your role is crucial in driving continuous improvement, service management, and further development of IT services and solutions. You will:

1. Manage IT Services: Oversee daily operational tasks, ensure services run smoothly, and manage service budgets.
2. Monitor and Report: Track service performance, provide regular reviews, and ensure targets are met.
3. Drive Improvement: Seek and implement efficiency enhancements, harmonization, and rationalization within your service area.
4. Collaborate and Lead: Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners; chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and lead site service meetings.
5. Ensure Compliance: Manage licenses, third-party service contracts, maintain documentation, and ensure accuracy of the service structure and ITSM System & Configuration Database.
6. Enhance User Experience: Improve business satisfaction and end-user experience by ensuring services meet organizational needs.
7. Project Management: Lead small projects at your site or within your service area.
8. Coordinate and Harmonize: Lead development and project activities, including process harmonization and solution/application consolidation with IT and business teams.
9. Cyber Security & Lifecycle Management: Focus on cybersecurity improvements and IT system lifecycle management to ensure service resilience and reliability.

What We're Looking For:

• An academic degree or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management.
• ITIL Foundation certification and experience with Project Management methodologies.
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• An analytical approach with proactive skills in continuous improvement.
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills to build trust and respect.
• Vendor management and IT budgeting experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with service performance monitoring and reporting tools.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
