TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. First point of contact for our employees regarding IT-related issues
  2. Provide remote and onsite/field support as required
  3. Manage tickets and ticket communication
  4. Set up laptops/end-user devices during new employee onboarding
  5. Manage the IT warehouse
  6. Execute standard requests for IT services
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes
  8. Participate in projects
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Completed training in the field of IT or several years of experience in IT
  2. Up to three years of related work experience
  3. Works under close to moderate supervision and makes recommendations for solutions
  4. Skilled in Windows 10 and 11, iOS, Linux (macOS)
  5. Understands implications
  6. Experienced with Office 365 apps such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.
  7. ITIL/ITSM user experience (in ServiceNow)
  8. Good written and spoken German and English
  9. High level of customer and service orientation
  10. Willingness to learn about other IT topics as needed
