IT Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d) for our S-advantage world

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the smooth provision of IT services in the area of the S-advantage world
  • Control, monitoring and optimization of IT service delivery processes
  • Close collaboration and coordination with IT departments, external service providers and specialist departments
  • Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements to increase service quality
  • Planning and implementing technical adjustments to the IT infrastructure
  • Managing risks and developing sustainable solutions in the event of disruptions
  • Creation and maintenance of budgets and forecasts in the service environment
