To continually improve our products, we are looking for you as an IT Security Specialist (m/w/d)!

Your daily tasks include:

• Identifying risks and countermeasures using tools (Monitoring, SIEM, AV, etc.)
• Creating concepts to improve cybersecurity measures
• Collaborating closely with IT teams on requirements, measures, and projects
• Supporting audits across all departments and teams
• Monitoring and managing security incidents
• Developing and conducting simulations and training
• Contributing to policies and instructions and ensuring compliance

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience with current attack methods and countermeasure scenarios
• Knowledge of standards like ISO 27001, BSI 200-*, NIST
• Specialization in technical or organizational measures (e.g., awareness, security monitoring, incident response)
• High willingness to learn and quality awareness
• Bonus: experience in data protection, scripting, and programming at shell level
• Proficiency in German and English communication skills
