IT Security Officer Network

We are looking for you if you have:

• Experience in information security, risk management, or compliance
• Experience with networks: TCP/IP protocols, cryptography algorithms, routing, firewalls, proxies, WAF, network segmentation, etc.
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with IT risk assessment methods and control frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, COBIT, SOC2
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders
• The personality and capabilities to function effectively within an Agile environment
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; knowledge of French is a plus

Additional qualifications that are a plus:

• Knowledge of the financial industry
• Relevant security certifications like ISO27001LA, CISA, CISM, CISSP
• Network certifications such as Cisco CCNP, CCIE
• A self-starter and output-driven team player with experience in fast-paced environments

Your role and responsibilities:

Support a team of IT Security officers, focusing on Networking, in collaboration with other Tech teams and management.

Main responsibilities include:

• Conduct information security assessments of networking topics and advise management on risk mitigation
• Assess network change requests to ensure alignment with security standards
• Ensure proper network segmentation is implemented and maintained
• Perform periodic security reviews of network configurations
• Participate in daily IT security operations, including incident response and requests
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures into system design
• Continuously monitor IT systems for threats and vulnerabilities
• Support the implementation of new regulations like DORA
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Maintain good relationships with local and global teams

The team you will join:

A dynamic team of Security and IAM officers, working in French and English, closely collaborating with other Tech teams, Information Risk Management, CIO management, and other ING entities.
