What We Offer

In addition to our diverse benefits, you can expect an attractive starting salary between €87,200 and €105,900 per year, plus a variable component for a full-time position. The salary is based on your qualifications and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate leading security standards such as KAS 51, TISAX, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443 for their optimal integration into our corporate structure.
• Develop and implement a pragmatic Information Security Management System (ISMS) considering regulatory requirements.
• Establish effective control mechanisms to protect our IT infrastructure and digital assets.
• Advise project teams on all security-relevant aspects and ensure compliance with our security guidelines.
• Shape the development of our compliance framework for efficient handling of customer requests.

What You Bring

• A university degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a comparable field.
• Solid experience in IT Security and Cyber Defense.
• Technical expertise in IT security and practical experience in ISMS implementation.
• Structured work approach and strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and valuing collaboration within our global security community.
• Fluency in both German and English.
