We are seeking an IT-Security Engineer to support our Tech Security Team at our Hamburg headquarters, with immediate effect, full-time (40 hours). We look for passionate, inquisitive individuals eager to work with modern technologies, understand customer problems, identify vulnerabilities, and prevent attacks to create secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT systems and identify security threats
• Handle security incidents and propose security enhancements
• Manage vulnerability systems to defend against attacks
• Assist development teams with automated security solutions in CI/CD processes
• Promote security awareness through training
• Define and implement secure solutions for the future
• Coordinate penetration tests, evaluate results, and develop mitigation measures

Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in security-related fields such as vulnerability management, endpoint detection, and secure software engineering
• Degree or education in computer science, IT, or similar
• Experience with offensive security and ethical hacking
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premise infrastructures is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
