SALT AND PEPPER Group ищет IT Security Engineer для построения и развития современных структур информационной безопасности. Вы будете работать с заказчиками, внедрять решения на месте и на проектах, занимаясь настройкой и улучшением систем управления информационной безопасностью.

Требуется образование в естественных науках или инженерии, высокий уровень владения немецким (C1) и стремление к развитию технологий.

Qualifications

• Высшее образование в области естественных наук или инженерии.
• Свободное владение немецким языком на уровне C1. Развитые коммуникативные навыки на практике.
• Готовность формировать новые технологии и справляться с вызовами.

Responsabilités

• Поддержка настройки, эксплуатации и дальнейшего развития ISMS по ISO/IEC 27001.
• Разработка и оптимизация политик, процессов и стандартов безопасности и их внедрение.
• Проведение риск-анализа, оценок безопасности и пробелов и вывод конкретных мер.
• Поддержка аудитов, сертификаций и требований комплаенса.
• Работа с IT, бизнес-единицами и руководством, связь между безопасностью и бизнесом.
• Участие во разработке концепций безопасности и повышения осведомлённости.

Together with our customers, you deliver solutions on site and gain practical experience across different projects.

• You support the setup, operation, and continuous development of information security management systems (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001
• You develop and optimize security policies, processes, and standards and ensure their practical implementation
• You conduct risk analyses, security assessments, and gap analyses and derive concrete measures from them
• You support audits, certifications, and compliance requirements
• You work closely with IT, business unit, and management stakeholders and act as the interface between security and business
• You actively contribute to the further development of security and awareness concepts

Требования:

• Have a completed degree in natural sciences or engineering, with or without professional experience
• Communicate fluently in German, meaning C1 level. What matters to us is genuine communication skills in practice
• Want to confidently take on the real challenges of the future and are motivated to shape new technologies
