Job summary

XITASO GmbH is seeking a security-focused engineer to analyze systems and applications, identify security risks, and translate findings into concrete improvements. You will perform security assessments and tests across applications, APIs, and cloud environments, collaborating with security engineers to design robust solutions.

You will drive security improvements from analysis to implementation in live systems, and continually evaluate the effectiveness of measures while communicating in English

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of practical experience in IT security or software development.
• Understanding of how modern systems and applications are structured (APIs, cloud).
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach; ability to discuss technical topics clearly.
• Very good German and English skills (C1) for team and partner communication.
