Your new area of responsibility

• Development and implementation of information security strategies, policies and concepts in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Conducting risk analyses in accordance with BSI Standard 200-3, identifying potential security gaps and developing measures to minimize risks
• Advice on security concepts, IT baseline protection and ISO 27001 certifications
• Testing of IT and operating systems and collaboration with external auditors
• Responding to security incidents including forensic analysis and damage limitation
• Training and sensitization of stakeholders on all aspects of information security
• Close coordination with customers and implementation of individual security measures

What you bring to your new role

• Degree in computer science, information security or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in IT security - ideally in the public sector
• Sound knowledge of common standards such as ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz
• Certifications such as ISO 27001 Implementer, T.I.S.P, CISSP or CISM are an advantage
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and a structured way of working
• Analytical thinking and reliability
