As our IT Resilience & Business Continuity Manager, you would be responsible for designing and managing a comprehensive continuity and disaster recovery system to put METRO's IT and business processes in a state of readiness in anticipation of potential disruptions.

• Develop and maintain METROs Business Continuity & IT Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) strategy, ensuring compliance with ISO 22301, ITIL, and other industry standards.
• Lead IT resilience planning, including backup strategies, crisis simulations, and recovery drills.
• Enforce and improve IT service continuity management (ITSCM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) policies.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business leaders to integrate resilience into IT architecture and operations.
• Regularly test disaster recovery and business continuity plans through tabletop exercises and real-world simulations.
• Prepare and present reports, metrics, and recommendations to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Keep METRO ahead of emerging threats, regulations, and industry best practices in IT resilience.

Qualifications

7+ years of IT business continuity, resilience, or disaster recovery experience.

Strong knowledge of ISO 22301, ITIL Continuity of Service, NIST, and resilience frameworks for business operations.

Proven history of developing, testing, and refining BC/DR plans in a large enterprise setup.

Familiarity with security groups, IT infrastructure, and cloud providers to carry out resilience strategies.

Strong project management skills to handle continuity programs in geographically distributed teams.

Certifications such as CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, ITIL Service Continuity, or CISSP would be useful.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Fluency in English is required.
