A dynamic international tech recruitment firm is seeking an IT Recruiter to find and hire talented IT specialists. You will guide candidates through the hiring journey and help new hires onboard smoothly. The ideal candidate should have over a year of experience in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and be able to speak conversational English. This role offers a competitive salary and mostly remote work, with only 1-2 days in the office per week.

We’re a US-based IT company building our own products and helping clients with custom development. We love smart tech, effective solutions and working with people who are passionate about what they do.

What will you work on?
  • Finding and hiring talented IT specialists (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack, Mobile, DevOps and more)
  • Guiding candidates through the full hiring journey from first chat to first day at work
  • Helping new hires onboard and feel at home in the team
  • Making our hiring process faster and better
  • Supporting HR projects: employer branding, events and more
  • Helping out with office-related tasks 1-2 times a week (vendors, logistics, small ops stuff)
What skills and experience are we looking for?
  • Has 1+ year of IT recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
  • Knows how to find candidates across different platforms (hh, LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, etc.)
  • Is a great communicator and proactive by nature
  • Speaks conversational English (you’ll chat with US colleagues, clients, and interview in English)
  • 12:00 – 21:00 Tashkent time (8-hour workday with flexible start time)
